Republicans and Democrats are getting together to celebrate or commiserate on both sides of the state line tonight.

You can watch votes come in with a GOP crowd at the Jackson County Republican watch party at Stonehaus Farms Winery, 24607 N.E. Colbern Road in Lee's Summit starting at 7 p.m. In Kansas, Republicans will be at a watch party at the DoubleTree Hotel ballroom, 10100 College Blvd. in Overland Park, where doors open at 6:30 p.m. and a program starts a half-hour later.

Democrats will be watching the results roll in from the Lucky Brewgrille at 5401 Johnson Drive in Mission.
