She's all for it -- prayer, that is.
And, Sen. Claire McCaskill says she'll need a lot of them before the November election.
That begins to explain why she voted FOR the prayer amendment that was on Tuesday's ballot in Missouri.
"I'm all for prayer," the Democratic senator said.
“I don’t think it was necessary. I think it was reaffirming what is already the law; anybody can pray anywhere,” she said. “So since I didn’t think it really changed the current law, there would certainly be no reason vote against it.
“I hope everyone is praying for me,’’ McCaskill added. “I’m going to need a lot of prayers between now and November. I’m not kidding.”
