In a story posted Tuesday the New York Times details the story of a comedian seeking to build a monument to the Bill of Rights.
"Funny or not, the idea intrigued him, so Mr. (Chris) Bliss set out to search for Bill of Rights monuments, only to find there were none," the newspaper reports.
Apparently the comedian -- and the newspaper -- haven't visited the Ilus Davis mall. From the city's website, describing the attractions on the mall:
"...A Bill of Rights monument created by Xin Kun Wu that had been located at the previous Federal courthouse...."
