Shall the city issue up to $1,505,000 in bonds to finance the construction of a City Hall annex?
Shall the City of Spring Hill, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds for a public building in an amount not to exceed $1,505,000 to pay the costs of (a) altering, repairing, reconstructing, remodeling, replacing, furnishing and equipping the existing, old and original, unoccupied two-story elementary school building and all things necessary and incidental thereto located south and adjacent to the existing city hall complex, excepting that the existing city hall complex, that is presently occupied and utilized by the City, is not part of the above described project, and (b) demolishing the existing, unoccupied single-story school building and replacing it with a parking facility located directly west of the old original, unoccupied two-story elementary school building and all things necessary and incidental thereto, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1736 et seq. and K.S.A. 10-101 et seq.?
